TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Subscriber agrees to take the connection being provided by M/s Bright Net Broadband, Buxar Bihar, on the following terms and conditions: –

• Bright Net Broadband, GST NO: 10AUDPP3202C1ZL) having its Registered office at Manas Kuteer, Charitravan, Buxar, Bihar - 802101.

• ·”Services” means Broadband Internet service, ILL or other value added services as advertised & offered by Bright Net Broadband.

• ”CAF” shall mean this document/agreement containing terms and conditions on which BRIGHT NET BROADBAND is offering its services.

• “Customer” shall mean any person who subscribes to the internet access services by accepting and signing this CAF for the provision of Services.

• “CPE” means the customer Premises Equipment(s) installed by BRIGHT NET BROADBAND or its agents/business associates at Customer’s premises, which is owned by BRIGHT NET BROADBAND or its agent/business associate and is provided to the customer on right to use basis only.

• The speed is measured on a wired Ethernet connection. As Wi-Fi speeds are prone to external factors (interference, end device capability, and proximity from the router), the speed might vary.

• All Broadband plans are for residential use only, redistribution/commercial usage will lead to account termination.

• All Broadband plans Speed are on Upto basis.

• Bright Net Broadband reserves the right to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue any subscription at any time as required given the business exigencies, and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice.

• All related icons and logos of the relevant OTT Platform are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of the relevant third party owning such OTT Platforms in various jurisdictions and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. We only displays the said logos, names in a restricted manner to promote the services and in no way infringes the IPR of the same. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited. Bright Net Broadband reserves its right to remove the said logo or name of the OTT Platform from its website.

• Uploaded and downloaded data both contribute toward the FUP limit.

• Post FUP the speed reduces as per the above

• The traffic Management policy applies to all domestic broadband packages. These packages are not suitable for business usage.

• Prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes. An additional 18% GST will be levied on all purchases shall be charged extra.

• Customer is required to return all devices installed by Bright Net Broadband within 7 days of service disconnection to Bright Net Broadband, Manas Kuteer, Charitravan, Buxar, Bihar-802101. Failure to do so will result in a device rental charge of ₹999/- + GST per month being levied on the customer till the date of receipt of devices by Bright Net Broadband.

• Refund of Security deposit if any will be processed after receiving of CPE in good working condition and to the complete satisfaction of BRIGHT NET BROADBAND. Refund amount will be paid in customer bank account only within 30 days from date of receiving of equipment and other formalities.

• Bright Net Broadband, reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, any offer or plan by another offer or plan, whether similar to the existing Offer/Plan or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

• All speeds are measured from the customer’s ONU equipment to Bright Net Broadband Local Speed test server.

• All related icons and logos of the relevant OTT Platform are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of the relevant third party owning such OTT Platforms in various jurisdictions and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws. Bright Net Broadband only displays the said logos, names in a restricted manner to promote the OTT Platform and in no way infringes the IPR of the same. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited. Bright Net Broadband reserves its right to remove the said logo or name of the OTT Platform from its website.

• Bright Net Broadband reserves the right to deny its services to any new or existing customer, in case of any physical or technical difficulties, disagreement or special circumstances, that restricts us to provide a good customer experience.
